1. Eligibility and Age Verification

1.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use krikay. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. krikay operates on the basis that all registered players are adults who bear full personal responsibility for their gaming activity.

1.2 By completing the krikay login and accessing any game or betting market, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are not prohibited by the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you from participating in online gambling, and that all information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

1.3 krikay reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where age or identity cannot be confirmed to krikay's satisfaction, the account will be suspended until verification is complete.

1.4 Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. Deposits made by an underage player may be returned at krikay's sole discretion after verification costs are deducted.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) krikay account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts identified by krikay will be closed and any funds held across those accounts may be confiscated.

2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your krikay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. krikay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

2.3 You must notify krikay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. krikay may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access while the matter is investigated.

2.4 All personal details provided at registration must be your own. Using another person's identity, fabricated details, or virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic or age restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 krikay accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100. There are no deposit fees applied by krikay on mobile wallet transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.2 Deposits made to your krikay account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. krikay reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party accounts and to return funds to their source if a third-party origin is identified.

3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to five (5) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. krikay reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.

3.4 krikay does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. All funds used on the platform must be of legitimate origin. krikay cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspicious financial activity.

3.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. If the original payment method is unavailable, krikay may request additional documentation before processing to an alternative method.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 krikay may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates.

4.2 The krikay welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to the player's account after the deposit is confirmed. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-margin games to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — is strictly prohibited. krikay reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is identified.

4.4 krikay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already in progress at the time of amendment.

4.5 Seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, or other events will be subject to their own specific terms and validity windows, which will be clearly communicated at the time of launch.

5. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

5.1 All games offered on the krikay platform — including live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games from Spribe, and poker variants — are operated in accordance with the rules published by their respective providers. Where krikay's platform-level rules conflict with a provider's embedded rules, krikay's rules prevail.

5.2 All bets placed through krikay are final once confirmed. krikay reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error, a system malfunction, an obvious pricing error, or where the integrity of an event has been compromised. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

5.3 Cricket and sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and international football — are subject to the specific settlement rules published for each market type. In-play bets placed after an event has concluded due to a data transmission delay will be voided.

5.4 Players must not exploit errors in software, pricing, or game mechanics. Any player found to have systematically exploited a technical error for financial gain will have all winnings from those sessions voided and may have their account terminated.

5.5 Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. krikay employs automated fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify and act on such behaviour without prior warning.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

6.1 krikay is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders through their Account Settings immediately after completing their krikay login for the first time.

6.2 Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings. A self-exclusion may be set for a minimum period of six (6) months and, once activated, cannot be reversed before its expiry date.

6.3 krikay will not market directly to players who are currently self-excluded or who have requested to be placed on a marketing opt-out list. Players on a cooling-off period will not receive promotional communications during that period.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

7.1 krikay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where krikay has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering purposes;
• The player is under the age of 21;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be restricted;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

7.2 A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting krikay support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any balance remaining in the account (net of any bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) BST business days.

7.3 krikay will retain transactional records associated with closed accounts for a minimum period of five (5) years, in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the krikay platform — including but not limited to the krikay brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of krikay or its licensed suppliers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without the prior written consent of krikay.

8.2 Game content supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to krikay for use on the platform. Players acquire no intellectual property rights in any game by virtue of using the krikay platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 krikay provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While krikay takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates without interruption, krikay does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical faults at all times.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the krikay platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.

9.3 krikay's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to krikay in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

10.1 krikay reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, krikay will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the player's registered contact details.

10.2 The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. Your continued use of the krikay platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
